Our product's name and logo, the iris flower, was chosen due to its wide range of different colors and its symbolism of faith, courage, and wisdom to represent its users' individual differences, their unique strengths and weaknesses, and their journey towards growth and improvement.

Personal development is a continuous improvement process aimed to foster a person's potential and capabilities in various areas of life such as career, physical health, and emotional well-being. There are many tools and solutions built to help people manage the process; however, many tend to lose engagement and drop them within a week.

For a solution or a plan or a program to sustain engagement and work best, it needs to give a person a sense of autonomy, competence, and relatedness. But if that looks different for each person, can generic, one-size-fits-all solutions work? Surely, the answer cannot be producing 8 billion different solutions.

“Could there be a way to tailor programs to fit anyone?”, a question that birthed our product, Iris Faye, a handshake between psychological theories and Artificial Intelligence supported by gamification and adaptive systems theories. A system that aims to minimize the limitations of the one-size-fits-all approach of the current self-growth solutions bridging the gap between engagement sustainability, skills development, and goal achievement.

Iris Faye is not only flexible enough to fit anyone, but it is also flexible enough to fit any use case. Aside from personal use, Iris Faye can be integrated to enhance effectiveness of educational, training, and skills development programs in institutes and centers.
